4 raccoons and 1 silver-fox to De Zonnegloed, Belgium |

The male raccoons Tonkawa & Tutelo and the females Zeppie & Towa all came from different places and were joined at AAP. We found a new home for them at De Zonnegloed. It is an educational nature and holiday farm for schoolkids and youth, situated in West Flanders. By actively involving the youths, they are introduced to animals and nature.
De Zonnegloed already took in two arctic foxes from the local community. Our female silver-fox Zwieber joined them straight away through behavioural specialist Chantal.

AAP’s animals will be a permanent item on the educational programme, with a lot of attention given to their tragic pasts and the reason why these species are not suitable pets!
